Various types of Material used for Printed Labels at Winflex

Semi-Gloss (Paper Material) : This labels are widely used for food products, home care, Pharmacutical, Retail, Promotions etc
PE or PP Labels : They are mainly used in Lubricants, Cosmetic, Food Products (which are staying in controlled temperature) , Oil & Gas, etc
Special Effects : Our Machines are equipped with special attachments to produce labels on various substrates with different special effects such as Film Lamination, Foil Stamping, Multi Layer labels, Adhesive Side Printed, Texture Varnish Effects, etc.

PLAIN LABELS

Winflex also has huge capacity for production of Plain (Blank) Self Adhesive Labels with various die cut sizes. This labels come in various forms such as Direct Thermal, Thermal Transfer, Synthetic, Non Tearable, Self Destructive, Top Coated, etc.

Our Plain labels are supplied to various users in number of sectors such as Logistic & Warehousing, Retail, Appliances, Promotions, Assets, Automobiles, etc

All our Raw Material is imported from Europe & India. All the labels are printable in Thermal Printers in Direct form or by using various types of Ribbons based on the type of Substrate. Our Technical team can help customers to chose the right type of Barcode Ribbon based on the printer model.

Direct Thermal & Thermal Transfer Paper Labels : This labels are widely used for Barcoding Purpose. We can manufacture labels in various sizes as per customer requirement with different types of Adhesive & Release Paper. We also keep ready stock for standard size of labels for quick delivery.
Synthetic Labels : We produce all types of synthetic labels in plain form for Barcode Printing. All finished goods are tested practically at our facility along with post printing to ensure customer does not face issues while printing them at their end.
Jewellery Labels & Stationary Labels : Our modern technology machines can produce labels for Jewellery, Eye ware, Crockery, etc as well for Stationary use such as A4 size laser jet labels which can be printed using any type of Laser & Inkjet Printers.

SPECIAL PURPOSE LABELS

We at PPLI are all time interested in developing new concepts and innovative ideas. Our Technical team has developed many challenging labels for various applications which include 2 Layer Labels, Security Enabled Labels, Water Dissolvable Labels, etc.

One of our recent development is labels which are used in Iron & Steel Industry which can withstand temperature upto 300 Degree.
